After a bad water leak, the bathroom had to be taken down to almost complete studs. Tim converted a shower stall to a bath/shower combination,repaired moldy walls,replaced termite damaged studs and leveled an uneven concrete floor. And that was just the beginning. Tim has been diligent to creatively overcome the various roadblocks that slowed his progress, always with a good attitude and a determination to suceed that I was pleased to witness.
